They may have been dreaming of this moment for years and now that it’s here they are nervous about making such an important decision or scared that they might make some costly mistakes along the way (like choosing the wrong home inspector). Then there is also all of the other stuff going on in their life at this time like moving out of one house into another or having kids who will be leaving home soon so it’s definitely stressful!
